Return Process

  Technical Verification

  Our engineers will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static shielding and protective foam to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects the hardware for integrity, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
